Almost $6 for my sandwich to look like this. Didn’t give us bags for any of our food, no cupholder for our drinks. We asked for both of our sandwiches to be toasted and they weren’t.
When you're known for 2 things (donuts and coffee) and aren't good at one of them, it's hard to understand how you keep the lights on. Somehow they messed up my drink twice on the same visit. If you're ordering anything other than a basic coffee, I'd look elsewhere.
Went in on Thursday morning after being at 2 other different Dunkin the previous 2 days. Let me tell you what a difference. Denae, hope I spelled that right was amazing. Her staff are friendly and quick. Found my new Dunkin. Keep up the good work.
The line is always horrendous at the register and the drive-through, the employees are miserable and have no speed or urgency to anything they’re doing. The amount of times I walk in that door and then turn around and walk right back out is too many to count. The food isn’t any better than anywhere else. It’s just the only donut shop around other than Publix. Save your time and your frustration and go anywhere else.
