Had a variety of donuts on hand. Employee taking orders had a smile and "Welcome in" and "Have a good one" when people left.
Only one employee. Do better Dunkin. This poor girl is a superstar by the way.
Young girl at the drive thru window around 7p.m. today asked me why I was ordering a dozen donuts when it’s none of her business. I am sharing them with my family. Very disrespectful and inappropriate. Like, girl, just give me my stuff!
Something has definitely changed here. Last week I bought a chocolate glazed donut and found a piece of GLASS in it. Today I ordered 2 bacon and cheese bagels (no egg) and was given a plain bacon bagel (no cheese). Between the safety issue and the repeated mistakes, I can’t trust this location anymore and won’t be returning.
