This place was so rude, my food was cold and the cashier had the audacity to have an attitude when I asked if it could be made fresh. Once the cashier finally got over her attitude, she made the food again, but it seemed as if she was trying to be funny by just warming it up versus giving me the hot crispy food item. Save your coins, and go support another Dunkin because this one ain’t it!
Such nice and polite people that work there. I just would like to say. Alexa is yhe greatest. Knows exactly what I want each time. Always such a joy. And Thank you Nick for making my coffee just the way I like it. And always smiling. You are great.😉

So I am confused if you spend $20 going thru the drive thru and they can’t put the cream cheese on the bagel I have to stop and put it on myself????
