ask for carmael and cream and i got creamer only its fustrating when pay for coffee and leave a 3 dollar tip and i drink my coffee and it has no caramal not good
This is ridiculous. I went through the drive-through for coffee and sandwiches, and their new payment software forces you through a screen where tipping starts at 10%. They intentionally hide the "no tip" option, and if you don't tip, you get a weird look from the employees. Why am I being prompted to tip at a drive-through? Management needs to pay a proper wage instead of using software to guilt customers and force employees to beg for tips. Fix this.p
I have become obsessed with this Dunkin location! Hannah the drive thru girl is such a sweet heart and always gets my order correct!
