It’s absolutely ridiculous. I asked the girl to remake my drink and put in less ice, but she flat-out refused. I told her my throat hurts, but apparently, around here, nobody cares about trivial matters like a customer's health.
All the staff are excellent and go the extra mile for you. One employee, Mea, who started working in the mornings a couple of months ago, is very friendly, polite, and accommodating. It is such a pleasure going in there everyday.
