This is an app and personnel issue. When ordering in the app, 2.5 miles away, you receive a notification saying you should wait til your closer to place the order. I placed the order anyway, knowing that sometimes it can take longer than the travel time for the order to be ready. We arrive and go in for the order. My husband waits 10 minutes and comes back out to the car frustrated saying they aren’t making drink orders, only food.
