I ordered a "grilled cheese". I added and paid for bacon. I just want you to see what a train wreck this sandwich was. Not only is all of the cheese for the most part melted OFF of the bread, but they did not give me any bacon despite me paying for same, and same being on my receipt (which I've added here as well). I will NOT be ordering via DoorDash from this Dunkin anymore, ever. What careless people. Obviously they hate their job and don't give a crap about the quality or their reputation. Server was really slow. Seemed distracted by everything around. Not the usual we expected. It wasn't even busy, only us at counter.
Ordering ahead helps but sometimes still slow to get orders ready. Biggest problem is design of the site. Very small, parking tight, drivethru backs up and other vehicles getting gas or trying to leave get stuck. Surprised building department of the town reviewed and approved the site plan.
