Very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, no one wanted to help. The staff came across as rude before I even placed my order. I specifically asked if they had the item I wanted, and they told me they did. But when I got my bag, it was the wrong item. It was a complete waste of my time. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made for a frustrating visit. I hope management addresses these issues, so future customers are treated with more respect and actually get what they order.
Great service!
This Dunkin' is great for a quick drink! I normally come early in the morning for work and the staff is always super friendly and my drink is delicious. Dunkin' coffee in general can be pretty hit or miss but this place is consistently great. It's not a place to sit and eat but works great for a drive thru place.
