Stopped by for a latte and a hot chocolate. I absolutely love Dunkin’s caramel latte, but once I received the one from this one, it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a hot one, and it was basically room temp with no caramel flavor. My husband’s hot chocolate had no sugar, and was so hot, the smallest sip ever not only burned my tongue, but left it swollen. This is my local Dunkin’ and we always go here. The service is fast if u go through the drive through the workers are always very nice.
The woman working the drive thru was a nasty person and she tried to keep my change as a tip well here a tip if you hate your job dont work it
Every time I ask for something toasted Never happens
the staff was so friendly and kind. One of the best experiences i've had at a dunkin'!
