I have always used the drive thru and have always been very pleased. I order usually with the mobile app and then pull into the drive thru. There are two lanes but rarely are they both full. The people at the window are the nicest drive thru workers i have ever met (which is why I'm writing this review). When i went there today, the woman working the window was so nice that i realized I've never been met with rudeness or anything negative when coming through this Dunkin. Got donuts and a drink. We went in to order cause we stopped and got gas at the station beside it. They don't take orders at the counter. You have to put your order in at a kiosk first.
I frequently order food from here and try to get myself a matcha every other week. Going through the drive through is perfectly fine but everytime I DoorDash a matcha they give me a large cup with milk. I don’t know why they only provide good service when it’s face to face, maybe they don’t care about how your stuff comes out if they don’t have to look at you but I’m disgusted with the amount of money I’ve spent here and the lack of quality control in drink making.
