Over the course of course of the last 6 months this location has went downhill. I understand mistakes as I used to be a food service manager and understand high turnover rates and understanding issues. I literally order the same drink when I go. About 4 months ago I went 3 different times and my drink is literally made different everytime. So today a coworker and I ordered and I decided to to give them one last try. Ordered a dozen donuts and they gave me 11. Which sucks because now not all my coworkers could get donuts.
Went in and they made the first drink completely wrong. The second drink they made a medium but charged for a large. Made us get a refund and then didn’t even add the blueberry flavoring. The first employee was sweet and apologized for messing up… but the second employee was probably the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. She came up to help the first employee and already had an attitude. Then treated us like we were inconveniencing her. Will probably never willingly choose this location again.
