Went back to politely ask for my iced coffee to be remade as they usually get it right but mistakes happen and as a food worker of a decade I had no issue just wanted to enjoy my coffee correctly so went for a remake. The heavy set loud and arrogant employee on shift argued with me immediately trying to deceive me saying it was made correctly. Tried to add a small black coffee at the window and multiple employees got an attitude and said we'd have to go all the way back through the line. That's honestly ridiculous since a small black coffee should be the easiest thing to make anyway.
Took over 15 minutes in drive through to get a coffee. Traffic backed up onto Archer Road. Slowest Dunkin’ I’ve seen and dangerous back up onto major street.
