Waited 20 minutes for them to grab donuts when they were at average busyness. Didn’t even get the donuts I ordered, didn’t offer to make the donuts I wanted.
EMPTY store yet we waited 20 MINUTES for them to grab the WRONG DONUTS off the SHELF. I would give them some grace if I waited for fresh donuts, but these were off the shelf.
Snaking bacon was cold, grilled cheese the cheese was not melted
