There was a guy smoking the devils lettuce while I was waiting in my food. It took 20 minutes to get 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants. Four people ordered behind me and all of them got their food before me. A lady was screaming because they were talking about how her booty jiggles. Very inappropriate especially because there were kids in the restaurant. My lava coloda and starlight lemonade were very good so yummy and the staff especially Mr. Jabril,Ms. Autumn were so patient and kind. Im so happy they built this location.
Joshua give the best customer service. Dunkin needs more people like him. I bypass other Dunkin Donuts to come to Covington for the excellent service given by Joshua.
