Vanilla bean colatta was made with too much ice. I couldn't even drink it for the big pcs of ice. I brought it to the clerks attention that it was too much ice she asked if I wanted more syrup, I said yes not knowing she didn't remake it but added it to the same drink. Just watered down milk by now

Service is awful
I don’t know the little girls name that’s been working the headset and the window for the past two days June 2 and June 3, but she has the nastiest attitude and has no business working in customer service. This is the closest location that I’m able to get a coffee from on my way to work and her atrocious attitude makes people not want to even come there.
