I always order snackin' bacon crispy this time it was cold and limp. I was told to park out front to wait for a hot mocha latte and given the cold bacon. When she brought out the coffee I told her my bacon was cold & limp. She went back in (inside closed due to remodel) & she immediately came back out , handed me back the cold limp bacon and said her manager said its served at room temp and against policy for them to reheat it.
