Terrible customer service
Dunkin' Drive Thru Experience- I went for a quick easy breakfast option and when my order was handed to me, it fell on the ground. There was an awkward silence and the attendant looked at who I assume was the manager. She asked if I could reach the bag of food on the ground. Really!? No. I am not getting out my vehicle to pick up food on the ground. No apology, just told to pull to the front parking area to bring out my order. Immediately someone came out and delivered my order.
