Ordered from here at 3pm from Uber Eats and the store was unexpectedly closed. When you call the number it says the mailbox is full and hangs up on you. This location has really gone downhill.
always out of donuts and weird service
I ordered a the new oreo coffee chiller and they gave me this. The lady acted like she didn’t know it wasn’t on the menu. Never returning again.
I’m really disappointed with the matcha I received today. I clearly asked multiple times for 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup, but my drink was still made with only 2. On top of that, it felt like the drink was rushed it was made in just a few seconds, and the quality really shows. I’ve ordered matcha from Dunkin’ many times before and never had this issue, so this experience was frustrating. Please make sure staff are properly trained to follow customer requests and maintain consistency in drink quality.
They do a good job at this location near the Silver Spring Metro Station. Orders are prepared correctly and quickly. The staff is very pleasant and the store is reasonable clean. I've ordered from here many times.
