They literally don’t understand English to make an order ..dead serious
Muy lento. Que pena que esté deficiente.
They get my order wrong 90% of the time. Most of the time they forget the sweetener, forget or don't care that I asked for decaf (I have a health condition, so it's kind of important), or they just give me a completely different type of coffee drink. 1 cup. Same order every day for 2 years. Dunkin does not train their employees and keeps those who can't perform. They don't check for quality of service. They don't seem to care.
