Drive-thru services are most often correct. They missed 1 item and they refunded my money.
Took forever to get our order and they forgot half of the food and it was only 2 orders of tots. The coffee tasted terrible like it was burnt. Tots wasn't hot because we was waiting for the car in front while our food sat. They always mess up. Used to be good but downhill hard
My third time to this Dunkin’ Donuts, and they are out of at least 30% of the items that they can make or heat up. It’s 8 o’clock in the morning, and they let me order and didn’t tell me they were out of four things until I got to the window. Every cold item on the drink menu on both screens is unavailable today. Forced to sit in line for 20 minutes to find out that there’s virtually nothing available except for a vanilla, and then have to sit in line for another 45 minutes to drive off empty-handed.
