This drive thru could be a gold mine if they kept staff and maintained product. It's very unpredictable... I never use my mobile app because they are out of this or that a lot, and the ill trained staff have no idea how to credit back to my app ... so I'm screwed out of $$. Really too bad .... they could offer so much more ... a great location with hospitals and countless medical offices near door, and directly across the street. I do not stop there any more because of running into the above issues one too many times.
Cheesey hash browns were cold and nasty and they never have bacon for it, I was called a mother effer for asking for a cup of water.
It took 20 minutes to get a latte and bagel bites.
