One person working. Many people waiting 30/40 min for iced teas and simple orders. The one worker was working alone and doing the best he could. Bad management.
10:30 am on 8/19/26This is the worst dunkin donuts i have ever been too for the past 25 years. Definitely the worst dunkin donuts store. I will recommend never get close to this This store just fill up the cup by half and says This is really the worst service and worst quality of product. And when I showed the empty latte cup, they told me that if I didn't like it, I shouldn't come back—very poor customer service.

By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to! At 0930 they had a selection of about four types of donuts. Came here to buy a dozen donuts for the ICU staff at NIH… just ran a giant instead, way better selection! Don’t waste your time here
