I love Dunkin’ and was really excited to have found this one because we were really thirty and wanted to buy some donuts and refreshments. I had ordered donuts and asked for a cup of water before ordering coffee. And they charged me $1 for the cup of water. I had never had to pay for a cup of water before. But the worst part was how rude the cashier was. She didn’t even tell me when the water was ready. She just left it on the counter. I gave them two stars because of service, but because of the disgusting constant daily cigarettes, smoke odor coming from the office of this Dunkin’ Donuts
I ask 1 pump of caramel idk i guess they put 5 pump . They always do mistake sorry no more going there.
