Bad service
Beware of buying hot drinks from this place. The cups and the lids they offer for your drinks are not safe. I bought a coffee from here and the cup collapsed easily spilling extremely hot coffee on my hand causing burns to my fingers. They will give you extremely hot coffee in a cup that is not strong enough to protect you from the heat of the coffee and without realizing its too late you might spill it just after grabbing the cup.
I love Dunkin’ and was really excited to have found this one because we were really thirty and wanted to buy some donuts and refreshments. I had ordered donuts and asked for a cup of water before ordering coffee. And they charged me $1 for the cup of water. I had never had to pay for a cup of water before. But the worst part was how rude the cashier was. She didn’t even tell me when the water was ready. She just left it on the counter. She was so rude I didn’t feel like ordering anything else anymore, we just ate our donuts ... read more
