I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had at your location at approximately 2:20 AM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, the employee on duty completely ignored the intercom system. I was forced to circle the drive-thru three times just to get his attention. I could clearly see him inside, distracted and using his phone. Bad workers I recommend not coming here because they don’t do there job well I was waiting for workers to go in the cashier do I can order but no they all were in the drive through and a guy was trying to get in but the door was locked. This place is open 24 hours and they weren’t acting like they just opened it and I was waiting a while outside don’t waste your time coming here.
