I saw workers on their phones instead of tending to the customers. There was no cold foam or brown sugar syrup in my drink. I asked for a croissant ham and swiss and they gave me a completely different item. When I nicely asked the workers to replace the items they were extremely dismissive by saying, “that is already there” when it clearly wasn’t. I paid for my food and was not given the service I deserved. How did these people manage to get everything incorrect!
Great service
The boston cream donut has no boston cream. Every time I get any type of donut that is filled, it literally has a dime size amount of filling in the donut. Jelly, apple crumb and boston creme. The employees seem like they don't want to be there. Some give dirty looks others are standing around. They don't put your drinks in a cup tray but when you walk in to recieve your order they make sure they make eye contact with you as if it was out of spite.
