Very disrespectful "manager on site", on her phone complaining about her job talking about customers within their earshot. Short girl with light hair and blue eyes. Please be more respectful.
Rude service, placed a mobile order, waited 15+ minutes for it, all for them not to make it because I didn’t ask for it I walked in, looked at the to go station right infront of everybody, who was busy, my drink wasn’t ready, so I sat down, multiple (5) people came through the inside got their drinks before me. When I asked for my drink, the woman behind the counter caught an attitude, drink wasn’t not made correctly. Dunkin is not the issue, it’s the workers.
