I was forced to pay for my drink twice by a short lady with black hair because their system didn’t show my order on their side. I showed her everything went through on my side and the money was taken out and that I was at the right location and she was rude and kept cutting me off to say to contact Dunkin about it. waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes this Dunkin' donuts sucks
Ordered a simple regular coffee, repeated myself four times and asked for assorted munchkins. Coffee was black and donuts were two kinds. No one mentioned they ran out of all the donuts. Disappointed
