Really disappointed with my service here. I opened my bagel and found a tin part of the cream cheese container in my sandwich which I could have choked on thank god I checked. Gross and dangerous, pick a different location
I was forced to pay for my drink twice by a short lady with black hair because their system didn’t show my order on their side. I showed her everything went through on my side and the money was taken out and that I was at the right location and she was rude and kept cutting me off to say to contact Dunkin about it. I tried to contact Dunkin about it through the receipt but no response. I haven’t been back since and don’t plan to if this is how they treat their regulars.
