This location has repeatedly served me hot coffee that couldn't be much hotter than room temperature. Each time, they claim they would have to make new coffee. Well. .. yeah? Having fresh and or hot coffee is optional according to this location. Also stop asking for tips. Please. Is embarrassing for you.
Had a really good experience here today. The girl at the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. The inside and the bathroom was very clean and we got our food pretty quickly, despite it being very busy. Made my day! 🙂
I go to this dunkin almost every day and get a coffee before work. I got a coffee this morning and I’m halfway done drinking my coffee and I take a sip and there is a chunk of something that came up out of the straw. I take it out of my mouth to see it’s a black piece of gunk with hair in it. Wish I took a picture but I was so disgusted I immediately threw up. PLEASE TELL YOUR DRIVE THRU TO START GIVING NAPKINS FOR FOOD ORDERS. IF I ORDER GOOD I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK FOR NAPKINS THEY SHOULD ALREADY BE IN THE BAG!
