Place is dirty, service sucks, doughnut look like they were smashed and shoved into bag.
I never really go to this location. I tend to stick with the location on Hwy 100. I figured since I was in the area I decided to grab a tea and some doughnuts. The trouble started when I pulled up in the drive through. She had me repeat the order 4 times and then she just asks me to pull up to the window. I guess she forgot to mute her headset because you can hear her saying I don't know and she sounded nervous. The staff was polite, the service was slow and there was a strong language barrier. It took nearly 30 min for me to grab 2 donuts and some munchkins (donut holes). There was only one customer in front of me who is already having the order processed. And it was not a large or complicated order. We arrived at 8:30 and they were already out of several varieties. I cannot recall a time in the past several months where they were not already out of product. It seems like for a donut shop they don't stock donuts.
