Excellent service, very fresh Donuts and strong coffee too - I like it.
You’re better off driving to the next nearest one, it will probably take less time. This place is an absolute disaster, avoid it. Multiple times this location has taken an absurd amount of time for a simple order. They also won’t even make your mobile orders ahead of time so don’t bother with that either
I have gone to this Dunkin' quite a few times, and while the service is friendly and drinks are good, the donuts have consistently been sub-par. They taste like they are day-old donuts (I spent years working at a bakery dipping donuts in the mornings- I know what a day-old donut tastes and looks like). More than half of the donuts were stale, wrinkly frosting that was falling off, and the sugar was basically dissolved on the jelly donuts. They are sooo slow through the drive thru. I order and get up to the window and they don’t even know what order is mine. Don’t apologize that it’s taking forever. I believe I waited a total of 30 mins for two drinks and munkin donuts.
We ordered two Mocha's, hot ... they kept asking us if we wanted a mocha coffee (which no one has ever asked me) so we said, Mocha Latte and he kept saying coffee? Do you want sugar? No. So we drive around and they hand us two black coffees. We paid. They said they would make us new ones, but we just left. Didn't trust we would get the right order, still.
