I ordered doordash and ordered twenty five munchkins and got six regular donuts.I've called three times and nobody's answered
I don't know how this place is in business. They have horrible customer service and horrible attitudes. They give stale food and lukewarm coffee. If your order is incorrect, they will try to charge you again to remake it. Slowest service ever because they never have enough ppl working here, only 2 at a time.
Update: This place HAS improved tremendously!! Different people running it and they are friendly, know exactly how to make my iced coffee and finally have decent selection back & fresh tasting. Thank U for redeeming yourself Dunkin! We placed an order through the mobile app which contained multiple donuts including the limited time Valentine’s Day donuts. Upon arriving to dunkin, we said we were here to get our Mobil order, then proceeded to greet us at the window to inform us our donuts weren’t available, we asked them to add different donuts to fill the order list, and they said ok, then came back to tell us they don’t have any of our donuts.
