I have been coming to this Dunkin my whole life, but a couple months ago, everything changed. They fired the manager who was OUTSTANDING and completely turned over all the staff. Since then, this Dunkin has been nothing but hectic with poor care and untrained workers. It makes me sad to see the downfall of this Dunkin, but so be it.
Sat at the order screen for 15 mins to be told ‘one moment please’ waited another 5 minutes then left. kind of ridiculous especially when considering theres really nothing to cook here and 90% of the menu is drinks that are 2-3 ingredients and take at most 60-90 seconds to make and there was literally only one other car in line before me, even if it was a huuuge order, 20 minutes to not even take my order?
Exceptional service, and the macchiatos were great.
