I work in the same plaza as the Dunkin on east piedmont rd. every time you come here you never know what to expect with them. today on 7/5/26 I went to the drive through to get breakfast and as a general manager myself I have never spoke to one of my customers with umm what? That is so very disrespectful and I won’t put up with it. I messed up my order and ordered to the wrong location. Since I wasn’t able to pick it up I came to the location in the afternoon and the lady working the register was very kind and filled my order even though I was 6 hrs late picking it up. I appreciated her kindness!
