Came back in due to rock solid bagels I was given and Mr. Brian has the audacity to look at me like I was the problem with the rock solid bagels He made himself. And proceeds to hand me the bag of the new bagels with a dam attitude. And to the owner/manager how the hell do you provide those hard bagels to given to your customers and make your employees serve that ! Shame on you !
Drinks are consistently made wrong and have very little coffee in them.
DO NOT COME HERE! After walking into this store and having to literally fight with a manager over a refund for a drink they could not make. I literally don’t know how this place passed their inspection. Sticky order counter. Syrups all over the floor. And store visibly in disarray at 6 am very shortly after opening.
This Dunkin has really taken a turn for the worse. The staff are terrible, can't get an order right, plus a lack of supplies. We placed our order including the last glazed donut. The lady turned to get a bag for it and the rude guy in the back came and took it before she could grab it for us. Then he made the sandwiches and got my order wrong then had the audacity to tell me I need to double check the order before they make it....it is their job to get my order right without having to double check they are doing their job ri... read more
