i work overnights and rely on this particular dunkin to be open so i can get coffee before my shift. i can’t tell you how many times now i’ve pulled in, often well before 7:30p, and the location is abruptly closed. entirely dark inside with no warning that they were closing early. the one off of 17 is no better closing at 7:00p. absolutely ridiculous that i continue to waste my gas and be routinely disappointed by the only two locations that are reasonable to go to based on where i work.
So slow and unfriendly at this one. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru today at 5pm. Only one staff member, not sure he was actually working... Go to the one at exit 17 instead.
To the two girls holding it down at Dunkin in SGF this morning with lines out the street - you are amazing and I hope that Dunkin appreciates your hard work!
Pulled in to get an afternoon tea at 3:20, see a signed taped to the speaker saying “will close at 4pm today sorry for the inconvenience”, so I waited for someone to come to the speaker. After 8 minutes and several “Hello?”s from me I decided to just pull around and go in. As I pull around I notice that there are ZERO cars in the parking lot, posted on the doors are signs that say “Lobby closed” and more 4pm closing papers posted.
