Can’t make a decent coffee to save their lives sadly
I’m not sure why but I get the same thing from every Dunkin I go and it’s never a problem for them to make an iced Matcha latte, 3 pumps of chai, oat milk, and cold foam. This one location for some reason seem to act like they DON’T know what oat milk is, and I NEVER get the chai syrup in my drink but instead I get 4 matcha powder… my drink is never done right and nine times out of ten it looks WAY too watered down and tastes like it too.
