Got a great place donuts are good but you guys went down hill and youre more on coffee but could you make more donuts Yall got some rude costumer service being rude and just having a rude voice.
They was shut down one day. And their online ordering was still up. So upon arriving saw they were closed. No problem mistakes happen. However when I called to get my refund. They said they couldn’t do it. Very unprofessional.
Love Love Love Dunkin original coffee. The donuts are fair premade and shipped to the store and the hot food is awful. Service depends on the day some days it’s decent other days it’s horrible. But I still go because of the original coffee.
pulled up and ordered a medium coffee and a bagel. It took 9 questions to figure out I just wanted a plain black coffee. I pulled forward, paid and then was asked to move forward to wait. I happen to glance at the clock. 10:02. Then another guy came out and asked what my order was. I told him. Then he came out again and told me to move forward. I did. I don't understand how a business that used to have the word DONUT as part of their name and doesn't have any donuts at 7 in the morning?! What kind of idiot runs this place?! 😂
