We come to this location frequently but on 8/12/26 when our entire city except a few businesses was without power, these amazing people allowed us to sit stationary inside where there was air conditioning as well as a place for us to charge our devices. The employees here have the hospitality of angels. Thank you for the kindness in a world of hate!
I just came through the drive thru and got a large iced dunkalatte add 3 butter pecan and I made it almost to Cincinnati before I took a drink and my coffee tastes spoiled. I tried calling 4 times and it goes straight to voicemail. Very upset about this.

This is my daughter's fav spot. She is here daily, I only stop in with her. The food has always been excellent. But the service can be pretty rough sometimes. We have had several occasions where the person helping us was borderline rude. Usually it's when they're busy and I'm sure it's mostly due to them being tired and frustrated. But I feel like, when being nice is part of your job, even if your in a bad mood... You need to learn how to fake it. We used to call that Customer Service..... Imao...
