The young girl at the window was honestly rude and she sat there and just texted at the window after we paid. My coffee with almost all milk. And so was the chai. You couldn’t even taste anything other than milk.
Consistently kind people, I’ve gotten free stuff when there is a delay. Always get my order right.
First visit, left half my order out - was late to where I was going because I had to turn around, park and go in and wait in line to get the rest. Was 3 items in my order.
This is the WORST location. They always get my order wrong. They're very rude and argumentative. Yoy can repeat your order multiple times and they'll still get it wrong. To many people In the same location that don't have a clue what's going on. Took 4 times of making the wrong refresher till they figured it out. NEVER have these problems at the South location. If you don't want to be totally frustrated in the morning. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. GUARANTEED TO START YOUR DAY OFF BADLY ..
