I read my coffee order directly from the app “cookie dough cold foam iced coffee”. Didn’t change it at all, wanted it exactly the way it comes. I had to repeat it 3x. They didn’t ask what size, just automatically gave me a large, but it was just a regular iced coffee. When I got to the window, I said again what I ordered and the girl said “well it wasn’t rang up that way” and turned around and added the foam. I went and ordered a drink for the cost shown on the drive thru. I observed the drink plus a dollar for "local item". I inquired twice about the item before being informed, "if you ask for less ice, we charge an extra dollar". What !!!!! When, are y'all just making up charges as you go!!!! Horrible Thieves, I pay what you charge, Nothing More.
Best Dunkin’s I’ve been to in a while. They never get my order wrong and they are always extremely nice and helpful even if they have a rush. They are the only Dunkin’s I will go to in town
