I always feel welcome walking into this dunkin. The employees there are always respectful and you can see they try their best to get to taking thr next order as fast as they can. They all have excellent customer service and can make conversation quite well. Hats off to whoever hired these people because they're amazing.
I ordered 4 medium drinks for my team, got to the window and decided to add to my order a dozen assorted Sherry rudely said “they are cracking down and she is not allowed to do it” there was one person behind me I pulled around and Sherry answered welcomed me back to Dunkin laughing so I ordered the dozen assorted and she snickered again, got to the window and she was super smug
I read my coffee order directly from the app “cookie dough cold foam iced coffee”. Didn’t change it at all, wanted it exactly the way it comes. I had to repeat it 3x. They didn’t ask what size, just automatically gave me a large, but it was just a regular iced coffee. When I got to the window, I said again what I ordered and the girl said “well it wasn’t rang up that way” and turned around and added the foam.
