Just stopped in for a coolata. The woman behind the counter was having a conversation with a customer that she apparently knew. Well I stood there for longer than I should have before the conversation finally ended. The server's demeanor went from a nice conversation to a "what do you want" attitude. When I got my drink I said thank you to which I only heard a low mumble. Terrible attitude.
I did drive thru. I don't know if they were having issues with the ticket machine or someone needed more training. I could see the kids hustling to try and straighten things out. Coffee was fine. My bagel sandwich was burned on the top.
Food here is fine when you get the right person. The guy with tattoos is great. But the other women here have a terrible attitude and don't seem to know what they are doing at all
This place is a piece of work Two guys that work here are good workers There is a female that work here that wants to fight with customers and yelling at coworkers She should be fired and not have a job working with customers
30 minute wait time and most of my order came out wrong. I feel bad for the 2 guys that work there because the women that works there gives an attitude, yells, threatens customers, etc. She should be fired for her attitude and poor customer service. Unbelievable.
