Went through the drive through… then went inside to use the restroom. Door is vacant but locked so I approach the individual working and ask “does the restroom need a key” the reply was “yes” There’s 2 people in front of me. She goes back to taking the order. I’m patient but also, I’m pretty sure the key isn’t locked away in a safe out back. It’s under the front counter. She continues making the persons coffee. Ok cool, I’ll wait. That customer is sorted. Very rude staff and terrible hash browns.
I get dunks EVERYDAY!!! And really my wraps are hard a shit!!!!! Not cool! And making people wait take money 15 mins it does not take that long! And when you come in make sure the ovens are down lower bec day shift puts them on high and burns them I look forward for the weekends bec you are the only dunks that actually makes food right (night shift) so PLEASE WHEN YOU COME IN CHECK THE OVENS!!!!!!!!!
