Always screws up our order. We always have to ask for the coffees to be remade. And twice now the elderly lady who works there gave us the wrong food. We got Barbara’s hashbrowns and wake up wrap today.
DO NOT ORDER DONUTS ON MOBILE! They rarely have donuts and can't do refunds. They'll put your name on a list and give you donuts when you come back if they have them.
Decided to try dunkin again after a long time. $6 for a cup full of ice. I get that if we ask for less ice it means less product, but notify me that no changes means just a cup full of ice and maybe 3 oz of product if that. I'll stick to the mom and pop shops for the same price.
At 6 am, I would think there would be more selections of donuts. But, they did make a fabulous refresher!
Amazing customer service, every time. Thank you. My kids appreciate the munchkins and I appreciate you always providing my random requests.
