Great coffee
I could give 0 stars. I was very rudely yelled at yesterday as I pulled into the mobile pick up lane and picked up my order (as the app says!) If they don’t want people to use to mobile pick up lane they should block it off instead of saying they just don’t use it. I’ve always picked it up this way and have never been told anything until this last time. What is the point of having the mobile pickup lane if you don’t want customers to use it?
I'd give zero stars if i could. My friend got yelled at by their manager for using the mobile order lane to pick up her mobile order like the app says. If they don't want anyone using that lane they need to block it off or something. I know if I yelled at a customer like that I'd lose my job. It was completely unprofessional and we won't be returning.
