I only come to this Dunkin because it’s closest to my house but it’s always “an experience” at the Barker Cypress location (7017 Barker Cypress Rd) and not the good kind. There’s a woman there (I think she’s the manager or supervisor idk) who is consistently rude and unprofessional. She refuses to accommodate even the simplest requests. It’s so dumb but here I come so maybe the young lady at the front register can see this and hopefully find a job that is more fulfilling! I went through the drive through- always a great experience. However today my coffee wasn’t the best, so I took it upon myself to go inside and ask for it to be remade. The snarky attitude from the girl at the register was very telling.
