I waited 15 minutes for Ice Coffee, the lobby was full everyone had their order and was gone. I was trying to be patient when I asked what happened she said my coffe was within the right order.
Young lady completely clueless at her job and on top of that, just RUDE!
The manager here refused a 90 valentine donut preorder I was willing to pay before pick up. She was rude at the answer of the phone and told me to come on the morning of, maybe they would have them.... maybe?? Why would I play the guessing game? Anyway the location of KATY FWY gladly fulfilled my order request and he was so friendly and helpful.
