Amazing service!!!!!!!
I ordered a triple espresso today and asked for a cup of ice for the espresso. The manager tried to charge me for a cup of ice! Crazy! It is for the espresso. This is the second time they try to charge me for ice after it was confirmed by corporate there should be no charge. I ordered an espresso and the manager still would not give me ice. What kind of business does this to their customer, twice! I will not being going back there. Bad enough Dunkin charge for whip cream and they want to charge $.50 for ice too.🤔Shame on th... read more
