Been waiting for 20 minutes. The line leading up to the intercom has not moved, yet there is a large gap to the pick-up window. This isnt the first time either. No other coffee shop around here operates like this. About 10 cars have come and left the line because it's so backed up.
The Kings Hawaiian sliders intrigued me, but ended up being quite disappointing. The tops of the buns were burnt, but the ham was literally ice cold. Not to mention the boxes they come in were covered in mustard fingerprints. Our coffees also didn’t feel very full. Service was maddeningly slow. I would go elsewhere or just get a dang donut.
My dad took the kids to get donuts and was completely ignored by the front end attendant. Short hair, tattoos. He said at first she seemed annoyed. Then when he went to place a second order and had trouble with the kiosk, he asked to be helped and was completely ignored for five minutes before deciding to leave. He won’t call to complain but as a previous customer service professional, I’m making the complaint for him because it’s unacceptable behavior for an employee to come to work and annoyed to do their job.
