I stopped by the window a few minutes ago to pick up my order, and the girl at the drive-thru was very kind and charismatic. She has a really cool vibe and was really nice to me. She's great; she made my day.
6 employees stood behind the counter bashing a customer in the drive-through. The customer was concerned as to how they made her drink because of food allergies. The place was dirty and customers waited for them to take their orders. They continued to complain about the customer, ignoring the waiting customers at the counter. Inappropriate language for the workplace, and loud enough for customers in the lobby to hear. Would not recommend.
Mia at the window is extremely friendly and helpful! Her customer service is a-1!!! Really rare to see that high quality care in this area. Other businesses should take notes!
