I spend at least 60 bucks a week here for my 21 year old Autistic son he loves their decaf iced coffees so I order 4-5 at a time and always order light ice. I get they will give you less drink but this time and several other times the cups are so full of ice when I put all 4 large cups in a container for him to pour at his leisure they equal about 2 large iced coffees tops. Waited 10 minutes at the counter while over 10 cars went through the drive through. They didn't have the time to take my order or formally acknowledge me. So I left. Their loss.
