I received a doordash order at 9:11 a.m. I drove to Dunkin and the order was not ready. I wait and wait and wait I get asked three times what I'm waiting for and it's still not ready. Finally they decide that they will be able to go ahead and look into it at about 9:45 a.m.. they stated that someone had already picked up the order and that they could not make it again. Frequently out of a lot of items. And if you order using the app or Uber Eats, they have no way to refund you for anything that isn't available. I spent $30 two weeks ago and only received two drinks, still waiting on that refund...
