Employees just don’t really know what you’re saying. I ordered a caramel chocolate espresso and the lady repeated it back to me several times so I assumed they understood my order. She and another lady told the male barista to not put cold foam in my drink several times. By the time I got my drink it was a raspberry mocha latte that tasted horrible and I had to step in and tell the male barista to not put cold foam in my drink as he was about to. The gentleman at the register was occupied but still took my order and told the gentleman making drinks the order and then charged me. By the time I was done paying the drink was ready.
