The service was very slow and the place had major staffing issue along with a lack of available orders.
No love lost now that it is permanently closed. They started out alright. Certainly better than their Terry parkway chain. Eventually they also got lazy about the donuts. It's in their name, and they never had donuts. They were clearly outclassed by places like Terrytown cafe and Coffee&, who actually kept up their supply of Donuts.
