I just wanted to thank the lady who served me. She noticed that I was having a bad day and wrote a message on my cup that made my day way better. She is the sweetest person and a great employee.

Thank you to a lady that helped my bf fixed the problem from the Dunkin’ on arsenal st. He came in there because the Dunkin on arsenal packaged the donuts he just bought in a bag stacking upon each other. Well needless to say, it being a hot day, the icing melted off the donut as they are stacked on top of each other. Instead of sending him back to the other place, she said she’ll take care of him. Neat that Dunkin is in a Walmart. They should make that an edition of many Walmarts.

Unlike the other locations this one is very in tune with the customers needs. for instance I was sitting at one of the tables and I burned myself with coffee and one of the employees (Yvonne) noticed from across the store and came over to me and offered me ice to cool my coffee down. very good service and if I could give it 6 stars I would :)
