The gentleman working there had his pants around his waist, sunglasses on inside, smelled like marijuana, and was cursing in front of all customers. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I hope this isn’t the standard of professionalism Dunkin is allowing now.
I have visited this location at least 5 times and out of 5 only 1 visit was delightful. On 1 visit my husband and I sat in the drive thru 15 minutes, so the employee could visit with friends. 2nd visit we wasn’t acknowledged at all when we was in the store, so we just left . 3rd visit was thru the drive thru and the employee was the most rude, unfriendly and just down right mean, now I get it, it’s extremely hard working with the public, so I brushed it off, thinking maybe she just had to deal with someone rude. Just a small coffee shop at the middle of an intersection that makes getting in roubg sometimes. Place is small.
Runs out of items far too often and does not update so when you place a mobile order and go to pick it up, you are short items you’ve already paid for
This is absolutely the WORST DD's experience I've ever had! What on earth? I'd fire every single one. ZERO customer service!! They're so ignorant that they can't even greet people and smile?? The person who gave me my coffee looked like they wanted to kill me or somethin'.... Hire ppl who "get it" or don't have a business!
