Got my order taken. Sat in the line for about 10 mins. Got to the window, agent had no idea what I had ordered. Gave the order again, which was just a scoop of ice cream in a sugar cone. Agent confirmed there were no sugar cones, so I asked for a bowl. Another agent comes to the window and asked what I needed. Repeated the order again. First agent comes back to tell me they have no sugar cones or the flavor of ice cream I ordered. Could we not have settled this when I placed the order at the speaker? Very annoyed lol.
I really like the ice cream and chocolate donuts here. They taste very delicious and fresh. The service is friendly, and the place is clean and nice. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!🥰
