One of the nice ladies in the drive though noticed my little sister in her cap and gown for graduation and made her feel special by saying congratulations and telling other staff members that she’s graduating! That made my sister happy so I’m very grateful!
Bagel and coffee were great. However. I noticed they picked a very odd time to clean the vent.
4/26/2025, edited: I'm putting the 5 stars back. There are some great servers here. But there's just this one that makes it disappointing. I don't want this hard-working crew to have my negativity towards this one employee affect the team. Been going well lately when we go in for our 2 dunkalattes, one with an extra shot of expresso, no extra sugar and the other with extra liquid sugar and no extra expresso. 3 of the employees know our drink order by heart and already know what to do, the other day this one particular employ... read more
I ordered a cocoa mocha signature latte, dozen donuts and munchkin holes. I watched as my drink was being made at first everything was great I guess the lid didn't fit and his hand first went in it then he called two kids over which played with my drink. I complained a really sweet girl walked over and remade my drink. I think these gentlemen need more training and customer service and cleanliness because I am fighting cancer right now and really cannot afford to get any sicker than I am.
