I ordered a cocoa mocha signature latte, dozen donuts and munchkin holes. I watched as my drink was being made at first everything was great I guess the lid didn't fit and his hand first went in it then he called two kids over which played with my drink. I complained a really sweet girl walked over and remade my drink. Well, I took 2 stars away. There are some really nice servers that know how to make your beverage properly and have great customer service skills. My main complaint is one particular employee. He lacks personality and good customer service, plus he does not know how to make the drink correctly. He not only gets the drink request wrong, he never stirs the drink. I feel as if you have to request it to be stirred or pay for it. Today I asked for 2 large Dunkalattes. One with an extra shot of expresso (period) and the other one ... read more
