Look at the color of my coffee??? They add so much milk, and the coffee I order doesn’t even taste good anymore from this Dunkin. So many new people hired such as teenagers and kids who play around and don’t memorize the menu and instructions to making the drinks. All I taste is straight whole milk. DO BETTER DUNKIN you’re the only Dunkin in Austin who’s coffee tastes not like coffee.
Please, shop owner, I waited a long time, and the coffee was right in front of the employee, but she didn't give it to me when I asked for a refund. She told me the coffee was ready. I told them I didn't want the coffee, so I left the money and the coffee, wasting a long time waiting.
Hands down the best Dunkin! I wish i lived here. Coming from out of town Dunkin is always hit or miss. But having every member in the family take that first sip and say it was great! I wish i got the guys names but they were all nice!
If you want glazed munchkins, don’t come here! They never have any. NEVER! Honestly, with how many times yall have “run out” by 8:00 makes me think you need new management as money is being left on the table.
