I went to this Dunkin Donut specifically for a cake for a family party and spent almost $50 on a ice cream cake. I asked the staff if they could write on it for me and they refused saying the cake lady does it and she is out and they sold me this cheap piece of plastic to put on the cake. I’m extremely upset with my order. First of all, I had it scheduled for 10:10 AM, and I even came in 7 minutes late and still didn’t have my order ready! I ordered hours ahead. I watched the workers being extremely slow with making my order, which is typically fine, but in a rush, this is unacceptable. First and last time I stop on my way to work for a treat. I ordered 2 small hot chocolates and a box of munchkins. I waited over 10 minutes and unfortunately I didn't have any more time to wait. I informed them that I didn't have any more time to wait for the order, there was no apology or offer for a refund. So over 10 minutes later and out $15 I had to walk out because I didn't have any more time that I can wait.
