WORST DONUT EVER - STALE< HARD< I had a simple order - 1 old fashioned donut and a coffee with milk. The donut came out hard as a rock. This was at 6:15pm on April 21st 2026. When I told the guy who gave it to me at the drive through window he offered to replace it. But the next one was even worst,. It’s dirty in there and employees are rude
This is my second Time at this Dunkin and your employees are rude. I did a mobile order both times they don’t even say hello to you at the drive-through. They just hand your stuff. To you. They need to have better customer service!
