This is usually my go to Dunkin but man, they’ve gone downhill fast. Walked in and ordered my drink and food with a woman working the front, she was rude and short the whole time. She greeted us by walking to the register and saying “what do you want” lol. Drink was made great by the guy working in the back. Eventually realizing my food wasn’t coming out I went up and asked about it, she said she didn’t hear me order it, I ordered it again, avocado toast with bacon, food comes out. It is one of my favorite super-centers on my way to Texas. I always have extremely positive experience here because it is well stocked, clean, staff and other patrons look and behave well .
