I bought a ice cream cake and the cake had horrible taste, tasted like metal, probably the cake was old and sitting uncovered inside the freezer for months, very very bad experience and I keep calling the manager and They keep telling me that the manager is not here, all day long the manager is not there. Do they even have a manager ? Nobody even return a phone call to take care of the problem, so I guess I need to call the Better Business Bureau because no one has returned my phone call in three days.
What a very pleasant staff and they made the drinks like they cared, which always makes them taste better. I appreciate this place very much and am grateful for their wonderful service.
