The shop is cute, the service is amazing, the workers are just so nice, and the drinks and donuts are SO GOOD. If you go, there's no way you aren't going back. Oh and don't go for just a donut. You have to go for a drink too. They are AMAZING 🤩
The service at this location is consistently slow, and staff rarely acknowledge customers when they walk in. I avoid this store whenever possible. My coffee is incorrect almost every visit, and despite being charged for oat milk, it’s never actually added to my drink. When I brought this up to the cashier, she explained they use a machine that dispenses oat milk like a flavor shot—meaning I’m paying full price for essentially a drop of milk. This is unacceptable. I asked for a sugar cone and she gave me a cake cone and when I asked her about it she didn’t know what it was?
Never had an issue here, my drinks have always been right. Workers are friendly for the most part.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Great customer service. Great products
