By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. The staff seem to take pleasure in doing as bad a job as possible. I have gone back maybe once in six months to see if it got better and it’s only gotten worse.
june 28 around 11 i ordered a carmel ice coffee 2 cream 2 sugar and they didnt put any sugar at all and when i asked for a new one they told me i had to pay for it. i drove all the way back just for them to not be able to fix my drink that they messed up. been to this location many times and ALWAYS mess up my order. worst coffee ive ever had
I visit this location frequently and my experience recently has been terrible. Quality and service are horrific. Today my iced coffee is undrinkable and when asked about how long ago the coffee was made (because it tastes like it is old and bottom of a burned pot) I was rudely told in the last 30 min and then the employee glared and turned away. Very sad and they probably lost a customer.
