Cook was very rude and destroyed my experience. I'll def be choosing Starbucks or any other coffee shop over Dunkin from here on out. Dunkin is a coffee shop, i go to different Dunkin Donuts all the time and bring my laptop and work while I order food and drinks. 1. I’ve visited the Dunkin’ Donuts in Brookhaven, Georgia several times, and unfortunately, it’s been a consistently frustrating experience. Each time, whether dining in or using the drive-thru, they forget to include basic items like napkins, utensils, and straws. It’s frustrating not to have these essentials, especially when you’re on the go. Additionally, the lack of trash cans outside the restaurant is quite inconvenient. Call for Improvement: We're regular customers and usually enjoy their coffee, but lately (over the past month), we've had a string of disappointing visits – five, to be exact. Because of these repeated issues, we've decided to stop going for a while, and I wanted to explain why. We've been overcharged for our lattes on two separate occasions.
