We had a girl who was rude, no communication, horrible service and took prob 20 minutes for a drive thru order. Food was cold by the time we got it.
I was at this Dunkin' a little while ago, and the Brazilian cashier, Polinia, had a bad attitude toward me and other customers; she got annoyed and just left everyone standing there. Send her home—this job isn't for her. I've been to other Dunkin' locations where the Brazilian staff are friendly.
Coffee was bland. Not like i usually get my coffee in Chicopee Massachusetts
