Very rude no skills on customer service
Employees can’t follow directions at all. I usually place a pickup order and half the time it’s not ready when I drive up there (I give them at least 10 mins before going there), or it’s wrong. Today my sandwich had yellow cheese instead of white cheese and my matcha had way more vanilla in it than I asked for. I purposely put ONE pump in the app, not three for a medium, it’s not a mistake on my part, and I don’t want someone hitting the pump a bunch of times.
