This is the first time I've been to Dunkin' in Worcester! I've been to other Dunkin' locations in Rhode Island, but this is the best I've been to right near the auto shop! I had a strawberry doughnut and a midnight refresher that taste like lemonade and berries! One day, I will come back to that place again!
This location is a masterclass in operational failure. Order accuracy is non-existent, and the staff treats basic customer interaction like a personal offense. Management clearly gave up a long time ago.
We had a girl who was rude, no communication, horrible service and took prob 20 minutes for a drive thru order. Food was cold by the time we got it.
I was at this Dunkin' a little while ago, and the Brazilian cashier, Polinia, had a bad attitude toward me and other customers; she got annoyed and just left everyone standing there. Send her home—this job isn't for her. I've been to other Dunkin' locations where the Brazilian staff are friendly.
