I ordered caramel in my coffee. The manager or owner, whoever he is said he put some in there. You could see it and taste if it actually were in there. So he asked for my coffee back only to add liquid sugar in it instead of caramel. He swirled it at the window I guess to make it seem like it would be mixed in, then asked me to taste it. I knew he was just performing so I didn’t. Of course he’s a dishonest person and there was no caramel added. Sad and pitiful.
Shout out to Brea at Dunkin Donuts for best customer service!! She always has a positive attitude and a smile to greet everyone with. This location is great for quick drive through experience.
