Food. Every part of the order wrong. I asked for a hot mocha with no sugar. They gave me a latte With sugar .. completely undrinkable. Asked for a sourdough sandwich to have sausage instead of bacon, and they give me Only bacon and still charged me the sausage like an add on. The worst experience, customer service was very bad, I used a gift card for payment and at first they didn't want to swipe the card, then after they swiped it, they threw it back at me, very despotic, not friendly at all. Dunkin donuts from main Street in front of city hall is not a friendly place.
One of employees doesn’t know how to respect customers she super rude with customers and very unprofessional employees
