Poor customer serve made the mtacha wrong had attitude when I corrected her as a GM I expect better from employees didn't even use proper steps to make the matcha suppose to use blender oasis machine blend it

Why say you close at 5pm when you lock the doors at 4:35pm. If you can’t handle the job and do closing procedures while waiting on customers then find another job.
The 2 refreshers i bought this more were not even drinkable! Disgusting! Refreshers are very simple, why does mines taste so watery and sour. Not only were the drinks disappointing so was the attitude of the blonde cashier. This was my 1st time going here in 13 years... never again!
