The manager is such a love .I called to complain and she called me back and made everything right above and beyond what she needed to
I had an issue at this place and I tried to put in a request online but its very confusing. Essentially I ordered a large iced latte with mocha at the drive thru, noticed the drink had no mocha, asked if they could put mocha in the drink, and the worker said that another worker did add mocha but she mixed it so well that it wasn't visible. I gave her a verbal "okay" and proceeded home. After arriving home and drinking the latte, I noticed it tasted very sweet and had no chocolatey taste at all. There was no mocha added.
