Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin. I’d rather go without my morning coffee and starve before stepping foot in this location.
Rude employees. I ordered something, they did not give it to me. I went inside the store and asked them nicely for it. They said they didn’t have it. And I said “Ok, you didn’t tell me that” and the employee said “I’m telling you now” in a completely rude manner. Not the way this should have been handled. You didn’t tell me that in the drive thru or at the time of payment. I shouldn’t have to come inside the store and get a rude response. Rude, rude, rude.
Typical dunks experience. A little hectic, no complaints on quality. Long drive through lines.
They were very rude and honestly they don’t know how to make coffee
Never buy from DD, they are rude and dont give you what you order and then they argue.
