They always make mistake the employees are always new / training , I order decaf they won’t pay attention , I have a hard time sleeping at night everytime I get a coffee there , is the only Dunkin near me and I’m so disappointed that it won’t change . There are some good employees who are good at their work but they get overwhelmed with all the orders they need help and better workers .
I never leave reviews, but I decided today I need to leave one because I feel that I was racially profiled and faced micro aggressions this morning while getting my Matcha all because I spoke up for myself I was told that I needed to behave more “classy in front of children” even though I never use a swear word or called anybody anything I was just simply speaking up for myself and because I’m black I’m being treated as the problem instead of the workers being neutral. Great quick lunch on the road!
I don't like come here for complain.
