Ok let’s discuss. The coffee is good. I think across the board Dunkin has serviceable to good coffee. But why does all of the food taste like cleaning supplies? It not just this location, it’s all of them. I ordered two breakfast wraps and they were hot and prepared nicely, but they taste like bleach. I’m not just singling out this location, because it’s something that happens at all Dunkin’s when I make the mistake of ordering food, but today was especially egregious. What is going on back there??
This Dunkin' has always been a hit and miss for me. When it first opened the place was alright. The food tended to always be okay to great and the drinks were usually made well. Than for the last 2ish years the quality has gone done. From either the staff being disrespectful and/or poorly trained, to drinks being made improperly, and food quality dropping off the side of a cliff. Never open . Closes early every Saturday
I keep trying to like this location, but everytime I try, I'm let down. The coffee here always tastes old and bitter. I ordered a coffee today with mocha and i got no mocha in it. This was after feeling super unwelcomed while another customer was complaining their coffee was wrong. Avoid this place. Get coffee elsewhere. Wish there was another coffee place in the plaza.
