Hi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to the drive-thru. The team member who took my order said, “Welcome to Dunkin, what can I get for you?” While I understand they may be trying to be efficient, it came off a bit abrupt. A more courteous greeting like “Welcome to Dunkin, how may I help you?” would create a more welcoming experience. Just wanted to point this out in case customer service training is being reviewed. Thank you!

Went to this location at 8:30pm but I was told I couldn't buy because we was cleaning the machine. Mind you they close at 9pm. I went out my way since wheaton location is being renovated
Unfortunately, my experience at this coffee shop has been disappointing. The customer service inside the store is severely lacking. The focus seems to be drive-thru orders and not the people waiting in the store. The staff seems uninterested and unhelpful, making my weekly visits feel unwelcoming. I've had to wait a long time to place my order even though the shop wasn’t busy. I hope they improve their customer service, but until they do, I will be going to another Dunkin Donuts.
